Zephyr
Zephyr is the English form of Zephyrus, the personification of the west wind in Greek mythology, and by extension a term for a gentle breeze. The name has been adopted widely for vehicles, artworks, technologies, and medical products, including the 1934 Pioneer Zephyr train, Amtrak’s California Zephyr route, the Airbus Zephyr high‑altitude solar aircraft, the Zephyr open‑source real‑time operating system, and the Zephyr Endobronchial Valve for emphysema.
